“ It is clear that Dr. Witte went above and beyond in her research to understand the unique challenges that the CEOs face. Our post-workshop evaluations showed that the CEOs felt, heard, understood, valued, and learned concrete strategies to support their staff and strengthen their leadership styles. Dr. Witte spoke directly to the very specific types of difficulties that CEOs of FQHCs face, and the post-training evaluations show that the group is eager to hear from her again!
We at HCET hired Dr. Witte to deliver a training to a group of CEOs of Indiana’s Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs). This particular workshop was hosted by us at HCET and the Indiana Department of Health’s Primary Care Learning Collaborative. FQHCs in Indiana deal with very high rates of staff turnover, which in turn directly affects their ability to care for patients. Dr. Witte’s focus was on leadership presence and strategies, with the aim to support a healthy workplace environment and foster employee retention. FQHCs care for our most vulnerable neighbors in Indiana (those who are on Medicaid, living on low incomes, those who are unhoused, and those who are uninsured or underinsured.) Due to their limited access to resources, caring for the patients who seek care at FQHCs can be especially challenging. The leaders in this healthcare space must navigate caring for patient populations as well as the well-being of their staff, who suffer from high rates of burnout.”

“I was on the hunt for an etiquette coach and found Dr. Witte online. When I reached out to her she was so pleasant, kind, and agreed to come to our government agency to conduct a presentation called “Civility in the Workplace”. Dr. Witte’s presentation was right on point for our office and well received. All of our attorneys that attended loved her calm demeanor and elegant style. We intend to have Dr. Witte return for a second presentation!”

“Our inservice training from Dr. Witte on business etiquette was one of the best I have ever had. Since I teach in a very diverse private school, it was so helpful to have an inservice training completely tailored for our school community. Dr. Witte gave such personal examples from her lived experience that were so incredibly helpful for our student population. What I was most impressed by was the fact that not only was she a talented educator with several degrees, accomplishments, and positions, she was also grounded in such profound humility. I felt that she was truly passing on her knowledge to walk with us as fellow educators, and that she truly cared about our school. I would highly recommend her training to any school, or business.”

“The presentation from Dr. Witte is one of the best I have seen in my twenty-five years of working. She researched our school and provided guidance that was based specifically to our needs.”

“Dr. Witte’s calm demeanor and expertise gave our faculty a deep insight into the etiquette of different cultures. The knowledge that she shared with us will enrich our staff and help us provide a more diverse environment among the students and community at our school.”
